Woodland Glamping

Nestled within the Coneyglade area are our four handcrafted wooden glamping pod cabins – lovingly named after our past four-legged friends of Huntley Wood: ‘Barney’, ‘Molly’, ‘Jake’ and ‘Sansa’.

These little Cabins offer a peaceful, off-grid escape — with all the little comforts that make a stay special. Whether you’re planning a relaxing couple’s getaway, a fun family trip, or a group adventure, you’ll find space to unwind, explore, and enjoy nature in total privacy.

All 4 cabins can be booked as part of a wider site booking, or they may be able to be booked individually upon request. Please email us directly (info @ huntleywood.co.uk) to enquire. If you are interested to book all 4 Cabins for a group booking but not as part of a wider venue hire, please contact us to check availability for this. Cabins are £100 each per night to hire.

🛏 Each Cabin sleeps up to 4:

  • 1 cozy double bed.
  • 2 benches that fold out into single beds — great for kids or extra guests.
  • The main double bed comes made up with bedding (2x pillows, duvet, sheets, blanket).
  • The two benches have pads and cushions but do not come made up for sleeping – you will need to provide your own sleeping bags or bedding for these.
  • The cabins are furnished with a small round coffee table and a wooden chest, but we can remove these on request if you prefer to have more room to move around.
  • Get off-grid! The Cabins have no mains electricity supply. Each cabin does have a single plug which can accomodate charging a low power item (e.g. mobile phone) and there are electric LED lights to light the room, which can be set to a range of colours to suit your mood.

🔥 Log Burner with Small Oven:

  • Stay warm and toasty with your own wood-burning stove, complete with a small oven, ideal for warming bread rolls or baking light bites.
  • A kettle is provided which can be heated using the log burner.
  • You will also have access to a ‘picnic set’ of ceramic crockery and utensils.
  • A small amount of kindling and firewood for the stove is provided, as well as matches. Extra can be purchased on request.

🚿 Shared Facilities On-Site:

  • Modern toilet block (seperate male/female sections) with hot showers and underfloor heating, just a short walk away from the Cabins via gravel paths. 
  • Disabled toilet and shower with wheelchair access.
  • Access to fresh drinking water supply and large sinks for washing dishes, etc.
  • Note that toiletries and towels are not included as part of the hire.

🐾 Extras:

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Bring your four-legged friend along.
  • Extra tent pitches available beside your pod for just £10 per night, to pay on arrival.
  • Each Pod has it’s own outdoor space with a picnic table and brazier.
